Workshop
The workshop is one of the vital departments for Bestfine. Its efficiency allows a prompt and effective modification or repair on the moulds and work flow management, etc.
Production
Advanced equipments and specialized operators the result is an exceptional effectiveness. We have several production lines:
- Injection Division: For general plastic injection
- Silicon Division: For production assembling and packaging
- Printing Division: For logo printing of silk printing and rod Printing
- Inventory Division: For management of raw material, semi-finished goods and spare parts, etc.
Quality
Our first aim is that every single production process is overseen since the first tests. This allows keeping always a steady quality standard and makes. Bestfine constantly competitive on the market. We have strong QC teams to monitor the quality during the whole production processes, including incoming quality control of purchased accessories, quality control for inject parts, assembled products and finished goods. We follow international standards including production stress testing, temperature testing, drop testing, etc. All our procedures are recorded and adapt to recognized standard.
Packing & Logistic
The Packing & Logistic Departments are the last one involved in the production chain. They close the productive circle: the products are packed with our different possible packing solutions: the goods are palletized and sent out worldwide to our customers.
